Job Description
Brightspeed is excited to welcome a new Customer Service Technician to our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting high-speed internet, video, and voice networks, including all relevant wiring and equipment. You will also take care of maintaining and repairing external plant facilities within your designated service region. This vital position may require you to work various shifts, including mandatory overtime, weekends, and holidays.
