We're looking for a motivated Customer Service Team Lead to oversee daily operations, coach and mentor representatives, and drive improvements in customer satisfaction and retention. What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a team of customer service and licensed representatives
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and regular 1:1 meetings
- Track attendance, approve time off, and manage scheduling changes
- Handle escalated issues including BBB, DOI, social media, and policyholder concerns
- Collaborate with performance coaches and trainers to monitor and improve team performance
- Ensure compliance with processes, procedures, and service expectations
Qualifications
- Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ year of management or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to make decisions, prioritize tasks, and think critically in fast-paced situations
