**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST / PET SERVICES RECEPTIONIST**

In this essential customer service role, you work hard as a Pet Services Receptionist to warmly greet and care for those you come into contact with both in store and over the phone. You are the contact person when people come in with their furry friends, so you are mindful of keeping a smile on your face and friendly disposition. You greet all customers and their pets when they arrive, making a point to remember their names when checking in animals and taking reservations. You help ensure that our retail products are stocked, and invoices, payments, and enrollments are processed. Finally, you take pride in keeping the reception and retail area clean and maintained and there are always a variety of administrative tasks that you can assist with.

In addition to taking care of much of the administrative work, you are diligent to help make guests feel comfortable and at ease when leaving their pets in our care. When giving tours of our facilities, you use your robust knowledge to answer any questions regarding our services, policies, and procedures. Knowing our company's standards and dedication to quality care, you openly share how we are committed to providing exceptional pet care to promote overall wellness. When appropriate, you offer and sell our additional services and products that will benefit our clients' dogs. You are mindful to show your appreciation and gratitude to all clients, and thank them for their business and desire to serve them again!

Given the nature of your role, you are diplomatic and empathetic when dissatisfied customers have a conflict and are seeking resolution. **WORK SCHEDULE**

The work schedule for this entry-level administrative position is **incredibly flexible**. We are **open 7 days a week from 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM**, so we are happy to work around someone's needs and can accommodate both full-time and part-time schedules.
