Responsibilities & Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers through phone, email, chat, and other channels. Address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Identify and resolve client problems or concerns effectively. Handle complex and escalated issues with empathy and effective problem-solving skills.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of IRA Financials' products and services. Provide accurate information and recommendations to customers based on their needs.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless experience for clients and support overall business objectives.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field preferred; or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in financial services, particularly in IRA administration or retirement accounts, preferred.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience with financial software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Empathetic and patient with a strong customer-focused mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
Compensation Starting at $21.00 per hour
