Responsibilities & Duties
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers through phone, email, chat, and other channels. Address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Identify and resolve client problems or concerns effectively. Handle complex and escalated issues with empathy and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of IRA Financials' products and services. Provide accurate information and recommendations to customers based on their needs.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless experience for clients and support overall business objectives.
  • Other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field preferred; or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience in financial services, particularly in IRA administration or retirement accounts, preferred.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Previous experience with financial software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Empathetic and patient with a strong customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
Compensation Starting at $21.00 per hour
