• Provide top-tier customer support via phone, email, and in-person

• Handle high volumes of inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions

• 3+ years of customer service experience (preferably in a fast-paced setting)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus
