We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist with qualities such as energy, positivity, initiative, punctuality, teamwork, adaptability, accountability, and the ability to see the big picture.
Requirements:
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Phone skills and computer proficiency preferred
- Team-oriented, organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle money accurately
- Sound decision-making skills, multitasking in stressful environments
Responsibilities:
- Client service, answering calls, booking appointments
- Maintaining records, pharmacy and retail sales, marketing, housekeeping, and financial duties
Education & Physical Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service and veterinary settings
- Dependable attendance, ability to lift 40 pounds, and perform physical tasks during an 8-hour shift
