Customer Service Specialist

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Specialist where you will play a crucial role in supporting our management team with sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. In the absence of the management team, you will take the lead in supervising and managing store shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster a team environment focused on exceptional customer service for all retail and professional clients.
• Oversee customer service quality within the retail showroom, ensuring team members deliver on customer service programs.
• Ensure phone inquiries are handled professionally in line with company standards.
• Coordinate the processing of online and in-store orders, ensuring timely communication with customers about their shipments.
• Manage special orders, ensuring they are processed efficiently, and maintain accurate records with our electronic system.
• Handle customer returns and exchanges with care and efficiency, ensuring refunds are processed accurately.
• Verify that all merchandise leaving the store is properly invoiced for core charges and warranties.
• Communicate key company messages and delegate merchandising tasks effectively.
• Ensure team members adhere to their schedules while facilitating necessary approvals for adjustments.
• Conduct opening and closing store duties, including financial procedures and securing the location in line with company policies.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Required:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to achieve RSS Certification

Preferred:

• Experience in retail sales, particularly within the auto parts sector
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair
• ASE Certification
