What Youll Do:

• Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and/or chat
• Accurately process orders, returns, payments, or account changes with high attention to detail
• Troubleshoot issues with confidence and careno script robots here!
• Use various software tools (CRM, spreadsheets, web platforms) to track inquiries and follow up with customers
• Spot trends, identify errors, and suggest improvementsyour math and logic skills will shine
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, tech, finance) to ensure smooth customer experiences

• Prior experience in customer service, help desk, support, or a similar role
• Excellent communication skillsclear, professional, and empathetic
• Advanced computer skillsyoure comfortable navigating multiple systems, spreadsheets, and databases
• Strong math skillsyou can crunch numbers, catch discrepancies, and work with invoices or reports accurately
• Detail-oriented mindsetyou double-check your work and love a well-organized inbox
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure, especially when juggling multiple tasks or inquiries
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills including Excel
