- Outgoing, friendly, and professional
- Excellent communication and hospitality skills
- Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
- Great at multitasking and staying organized
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Sales experience is a plus
- Bilingual is a bonus (Spanish, Mandarin, etc.), but not required

- Minimum of 3 shifts per week:
- At least 2 weekday afternoon/evening shifts (3:30-8:30 PM) AND
- 1 weekend shift - Saturday OR Sunday (8:30 AM-1:30 PM).
What You'll Do
- Greet customers with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Communicate effectively with families and children
- Build strong relationships-learn names, show you care
- Answer phones, give tours, and explain swim programs
- Enroll students and manage class schedules using our system
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain a clean, friendly, and safe front desk and lobby
- Smile and have fun while making a difference!
