Your Role as an Experience and Service Concierge is to:

  • Serve as a product expert, communicating about devices that fit customer lifestyles through discovery and relationship building with each customer
  • Engage & interact with customers in 1:1 and large group settings with passion, energy, and deep knowledge of Samsung products
  • Demo a wide variety of Samsung products and position the ecosystem based on consumer lifestyles
  • Drive sales and customer experience
  • Be flexible as you support a wide variety of small (daily workshops) and large (concerts) events
  • Maintain a high energy and professional attitude at all times
  • Provide accurate and complete interpretation of all information

We are looking for someone who:

  • Completed an interpreting course, is ASL Certified
  • Has experience in consumer facing environments (sales, customer service, etc.)
  • Always energetic with a big personality and ability to hype a group as small as 1, to as large as 100
  • Interested in one or more areas in technology, gaming, beauty and fashion, music, living (DIY & Cooking), Health & Wellness
  • Passion for the community and engaging with different outreach groups
  • Understanding/Interest of basic content creation, podcasting, video editing, song recording etc.
  • Ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and customers
  • Flexible and adaptable with an eye for detail, and a passion for teamwork and innovation
