As a Customer Service Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers while ensuring our store remains inviting and well-maintained. This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including customer service, register operations, merchandising, and store upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and acknowledge every customer, embodying the Ollie's motto: Yes I Care, Yes I Can, to foster lasting customer loyalty.
• Efficiently handle cash register transactions with accuracy.
• Become a knowledgeable ambassador for Ollie's by mastering our weekly deals and the exceptional value we offer.
• Assist with receiving and organizing freight, learning best practices from successful retailers for effective merchandising.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• We welcome new Associates and are happy to provide training, even if you don't have prior retail experience.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly.
• An enthusiastic team player committed to providing outstanding customer service.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Capability to push and pull weights of up to 35 pounds.
