Our Business Development Center (BDC) is growing and seekingenthusiastic and tech savvy Sales Appointment Setters / BDR's (Business Development Reps.)to call and assist customers with their online shopping experience, schedule appointments for potential customers to meet with the sales team, and more.

Our Sales Appointment Setters start, while training, at $15/hour and transition to a profitable commission structure after approximately 30 days!

Responsibilities:

  • Work in our fast paced Business Development Center to assist customers shopping online and over the phone for 7 Tameron locations!
  • Generate and schedule appointments for customers to meet with sales personnel in the dealership.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, internet inquiries, and chat responses via lead CRM platform.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and text and provide a great customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to learn new techniques and best practices in the industry.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • A self starter that's motivation to succeed with a positive attitude and upbeat personality!
  • Must be able to multitask
  • An ambitious spirit with a willingness to learn!
  • Excellent time-management skills - including the ability to manage your own schedule.
  • Must be able towork Saturdays and weekdays between the hours of 8:30am - 7:00pm
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Applicants must pass pre-employment background checks and drug test
