- Have prior experience in a veterinary or medical front desk role (preferred but not required).

What you'll be doing:
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, both in person and over the phone.
- Manage appointments, phone calls, emails, and client check-ins and check-outs.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners, especially during stressful moments.
- Keep patient records accurate and support the medical team in delivering seamless care.
- Help maintain an organized, welcoming reception area.
- Support scheduling, billing, and daily operations with confidence and care.
