Northwest Hwy. Barrington, IL 60010 Job Overview: As a CSR with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are the person that our guests look to when they need help with their vehicle. You are the first person to greet our guests and who they see every time they make an investment in their vehicle. Building relationships with our guests is a critical part of your role. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Desire to learn automotive repair service terminology and processesCheck guests in and out at the front counterAnswer phone calls and schedule appointmentsProvide safe shuttle service for our valued guests in our branded vehicleTreat our guests with the utmost respect under all circumstances and with a heart consistent with Christian BrothersHelp keep the facility clean and organizedAssist other team members with clerical tasks as neededConnect with our guests and develop authentic relationshipsFollow all safety policies and proceduresOther duties as assigned Qualifications: Proven successful guest service experience required; driven to serve othersMust have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with our guests, team, and vendorsValid state driver's licenseMeet required insurance driving record parametersEnjoy a fast-paced environment and a TEAM mentalityAbility to seek and accept coaching and directionAbility to multitask and meet deadlinesProficient with Microsoft Office Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk and hearThe employee is occasionally required to balance, stoop, kneel, and/or crouchThe employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 poundsSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focusBeing dependable for a position that is Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 6:00pm Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA) began in 1982 with the simple premise of providing precision auto repair with transparency, integrity and a philosophy of people first.
