ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Brian Davenny - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service communication skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, working with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the clients you serve. You will need to above average computer skills to navigate through agency systems. While this position is a service support roll, you can anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes and billing updates.
- Assist clients with insurance claims and follow up.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
