RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Personal Lines License is a plus - will assist for the right candidate to obtain

SALARY: BASE $45,000 - $50,000 with potential u to $5000 increase in first 6 months Annual base salary reviews in January.Health Benefits available - 100% paid for employee Paid Holidays SIMPLE Retirement plan with matching available
