What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly voice behind the program, supporting patients with empathy and professionalism. You'll handle both inbound and outbound calls, helping patients understand their accounts, make payments, and enroll in our program—all while delivering white-glove service.
Your day-to-day will include:
Serving as the primary contact for inbound calls from account holders and potential enrollees.
Making outbound calls to welcome new account holders, follow up on past-due accounts, and support special campaigns.
Receiving ongoing coaching and mentoring to help you grow and succeed.
Documenting call activity and patient interactions using our proprietary CRM.
Acting as a patient advocate and brand ambassador, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to care and compassion.
What You Bring
A strong customer service mindset—whether from retail, hospitality, or call center experience.
1–2 years of phone-based support experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
Experience in healthcare or financial services is a plus.
A coachable attitude and a desire to grow professionally.
Remote Work Requirements

A quiet, private workspace (no shared rooms).
High-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download / 35 Mbps upload).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.50/hr.
