We're iPostal1, an industry leader in digital mailboxes, currently experiencing growth. Headquartered in Rockland County, NY, we are seeking confident, personable customer service professionals for our Washington, DC location. This is an in-office role with a two-week paid training starting on Day 1.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally
- Identify customer needs and assist accordingly
- Escalate issues when necessary
- Communicate positively and compassionately to build customer relationships
- Manage customer expectations effectively
- Engage actively in online chat support
- Handle customer tickets related to inquiries, support, and sign-up issues across various platforms (phone, email, chat)
- Support mail operations such as sorting, digital uploading, and dispensing
- Perform additional duties as assigned, including escalations and reporting
Requirements:
- Active listening skills
- Results-oriented mindset
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Proficiency with CRM and multiple software applications
