Job Summary & Responsibilities:•Customer service - heavy phones•Data entry•Greeting visitors and walk-in applicants•Filing customer visitation logs•Participation in route settlement•Daily distribution of reports•Vacation coverage for route settlement•All other tasks as deemed operationally necessaryPreferred Experience and Skills necessary to perform this job:•Proper phone etiquette•Attention to detail•Ability to multi-task and prioritize•Time management•MS Excel/Word knowledge & experience•Associate's degeree perferred•Two years or more of related experience
