A manufacturing/distribution company near Highland Park, NJ, is growing and on the search for a Customer Service Rep/Order Processor to join their team. The company promotes a great work atmosphere, internal culture and fast paced environment. Requirements:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and emails from customers, vendors, and the sales team.
- Process and manage sales and blank orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Create and manage purchase orders (POs), maintaining up-to-date records.
- Perform data entry and manage inventory to ensure product availability and accurate stock levels.
- Handle sales invoicing and coordinate shipment routing.
- Manage the coordination and distribution of product samples.
- Complete various administrative tasks as assigned, supporting overall office operations.
- Work collaboratively with other Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to share workloads and ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
- Prior order processing experience required
- Associates Degree
- Strong communication both written and verbal
- Microsoft Outlook
- Sage X3 experience is a large plus
- Manufacturing or distribution industry experience is a large plus
Compensation: $22 to $25 an hour Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
