Customer Service Representative | Aerospace Industry

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a leading aerospace company supporting OEM and repair sales. If you have 3–5 years of experience in customer service—especially in MRO/Aftermarket environments—this full-time role offers a dynamic opportunity to work cross-functionally and grow professionally.

What You'll Do:

  • Act as the primary liaison between assigned customers and internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Materials, Operations, Finance)
  • Review and process purchase orders, enter and maintain orders, and manage customer websites
  • Resolve customer issues, expedite orders, and maintain positive relationships
  • Understand and support repair operations and workflows
  • Review contracts, specifications, shipping instructions, and customer documentation
  • Maintain organized files for quotes, orders, and contracts
  • Collaborate with the sales team to clarify information and research needs
  • Provide internal support when sales team members are traveling
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma required; college coursework preferred
  • 3–5 years of customer service experience in OEM or MRO/Aftermarket
  • Prior experience with contracts is a plus
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage high transaction volumes
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel; PowerPoint and Hyperion Enterprise are a plus
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Flexibility with work hours and willingness to work overtime
  • Aerospace industry experience is a plus
  • Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)

Location: Holbrook, NY - Onsite

Pay: $25–$30/hr.
