Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to play a key role in retaining customers and attracting new ones. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and thrives in a high-energy, people-focused environment.
What You'll Do:
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, sales, and production teams though email
- Provide prompt responses to inquiries on pricing, delivery, and quality
- Enter and manage orders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain customer files, specifications, and pricing
- Support new accounts, product launches, and inventory management
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
- 1–3 years of related experience in customer service or administration
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Location: Falconer, NY (onsite)
Pay: $25–$26/hour
