• Assisting customers through incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and text communications, ensuring high-quality support and problem resolution.
• Managing a high volume of communications, averaging 40-60 incoming calls and 10-20 outgoing calls daily.
• Conducting data entry and frame ordering while following through on customer inquiries to enhance satisfaction and retention.
