Pay Rate: $21/hr Training: 2–3 weeks of classroom-style customer service training, followed by hands-on, on-the-job training On-the-job training schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, for 12 weeks. Schedule: must have flexibility for evening/weekend support as a shared responsibility of the team! Shifts available Monday–Sunday, including daytime, evening/late shifts, and overnights. Why This Opportunity Is Great: You'll be the first line of support for customers, answering inbound calls, researching accounts, and using multiple tools to fulfill requests. You'll partner with internal teams to find the best solutions for each customer using independent judgment and strong problem-solving skills. What You'll Do: Handle a high volume of inbound calls, assisting customers with account inquiries, transactions, and product information. Provide accurate information on banking products, digital services, and account management. Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary. Accurately document interactions for tracking and follow-up. Meet call center performance metrics, including quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent 1 year of customer service, sales, or banking experience (contact center experience preferred). Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with computers and ability to quickly learn new systems. Will be subject to a pre-employment drug screen and fingerprint background check
