This role handles a wide range of HR-related inquiries including Workday support, policy questions, and data changes, delivering service with professionalism, patience, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality service via phone calls, emails, chat, web forms, and Teams appointments Support HR-related inquiries using Workday and ServiceNow platforms Assist Spanish-speaking employees with accurate, compassionate, and timely responses Manage high volume of requests while maintaining service standards Collaborate with HR teams globally to resolve complex queries Proactively capture and relay employee feedback to identify improvement opportunities Escalate at-risk situations with empathy and urgency Participate in a structured 4-week training program with gradual onboarding into live channels Required Experience: Previous customer service or contact center experience Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written) Typing speed and strong digital platform skills Nice-to-Have Experience: Experience working in HR or using HR systems Prior use of Workday and/or ServiceNow ticketing systems Degree in HR or related field (preferred but not required) Required Skills: Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Communication Digital Platform Navigation Preferred Skills: Workday System ServiceNow Ticketing HR Program Familiarity Typing & Multichannel Handling Additional Skills: Collaboration with global HR teams Employee data management Compassionate communication Benefits: Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans 401k Retirement Fund About the Client: Global Healthcare Innovator We're a leading healthcare company dedicated to improving lives worldwide.
