Customer Service Representative

One of Insight Global's clients is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Wayland, MI. This role involves assisting with general administrative duties while multi-tasking in an upbeat environment, while providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. In addition, the CSR will be the face of the company through face to face and vocal interactions with all levels of customers which range from the general public to high level managers of organizations.

Day to day:

  • Interacting with customers at the counter including members, individual customers, transporters, insurance adjusters/inspectors, sellers
  • Understanding the virtual queue
  • Taking payments
  • Pulling and filling out titles
  • Completing the title to member process in the system
  • Other tasks as needed - some examples include the following:
    • Pull/mail license plates and personal items
    • Follow up for individual customer property being dropped off

    • High School diploma
    • Exceptional customer service skills and attitude
    • Excellent written and verbal skills
    • Proficient with office equipment
    • Attention to detail
    • Problem-solving
    • Computer proficiency - MS Suite
    • Typing speed 45WPM
    • Professional appearance
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
