What You'll Do:

• Responsible for all aspects of customer service and sales support.
• Create new orders in internal systems as required.
• Initial quotes, process approvals, shippers, and invoice requests according to priority.
• Ensure all pertinent information is captured and entered into ERP.
• Interface with operations to expedite/prioritize delivery scheduling of services.
• Interface with customers, sales, operations, and shipping/receiving to resolve issues and answer questions.
• Review and manage workflow schedules to proactively manage open orders.

What We Need From You:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to multitask
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
