- Hours: Monday to Friday - around 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
- We are looking for a motivated, positive professional to join the Woodbury Customer Service Team!
- Prairie Farms Woodbury's customer service team is responsible for providing extraordinary customer service through understanding, anticipating and responding to our customers' needs.
Duties and responsibilities
- Accurately enter orders coming by phone, email or fax.
- Review and monitor incoming orders for completeness and accuracy.
- Establish and maintain positive and professional relationships with all internal and external customers.
- Assist customers with order inquiries, shipping information, pricing and other requests in a timely manner.
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues.
- Complete customer billings, adjustments and credit memos daily.
- Maintain complete and accurate records.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer orientation.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient ten key and typing skills.
- Excellent organization, documentation, and prioritization skills.
- Motivated, team-player that can also work independently.
- Ability to work with others in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel.
- Ability to work fluently with email.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Able to complete basic mathematics.
- College degree or equivalent experience in Customer Service.
