Staffmark is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide top-notch support to medical device customers via phone and email. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our company. Pay: $16.00/hour Shift: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
