• Serve as the primary contact between the company's Supply Chain and external customers, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Analyze and manage high volumes of customer emails (300+ daily) to identify issues and implement prompt resolutions.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with both internal stakeholders and external customer contacts.
• Identify and implement cost-effective, creative solutions to resolve issues affecting product delivery and service quality.

Candidates for this Customer Service Representative Supply Chain role must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in customer service or transportation/logistics.
• Proven experience in customer service (beyond a call center environment); dispatch experience in transportation/logistics is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; strong ability to manage communications via email.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to multitask, manage conflict, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
