Customer Service Representative - Veterans Staffing : Job Details

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join a team in Havertown, Pennsylvania. This is a contract to permanent position within the healthcare industry, offering an excellent opportunity to grow in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and courteously to incoming calls, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
• Manage scheduling updates and adjustments with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate and oversee the scheduling of client cases to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of schedules and communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address scheduling conflicts and client needs.
• Utilize proprietary software to process and update scheduling information.
• Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and support.
• Demonstrate adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Uphold business casual standards in appearance and demeanor.
• Provide exceptional service to enhance the reputation of the company within the healthcare sector.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably within home care or healthcare.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and client requests effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using scheduling software or similar tools.
• A personality that demonstrates reliability, positivity, and teamwork.
• Minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
• Availability to work fully onsite from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
