Start Date: Right Away

Job Type: Contract-to-hire

Pay Rate: Up to $36.50 /hr DoE

Schedule: Hybrid 3 days a week in office - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; flexibility after training

Job Responsibilities:

Supports agency inventory management for the distribution networks of approximately 30 Agents and 55 products while also providing back-up for the same activity for approximately 25 additional Agents.

Controls all order management activities associated with the allocation and distribution of agency inventories across all of our distribution centers and agency partners to ensure the optimization of product availability and utilization of resources.

Collaborate with Agency partners to preload inventory needs

Performs complex invoicing activities in ERP system for Agent end-user sales.

Provide financial analysis pertaining to Agent sales status for all transactions

Work in conjunction with Agency Inventory Reconciliation Team to ensure smooth operations.

Act as key liaison between Key Account Managers and the Agent Procurement teams ensuring all parties are aligned with directions on goals, programs, initiatives and inventory levels for Agency

Investigates and addresses issues related to order status, inventory and production issues potentially impacting customer care

Analyze order management metrics to identify and implement opportunities for improved performance such as: Open orders, weekly order updates, delivery status, program goals, product outages/shortages, allocations, product phasing, production plans, QOTIF, return analysis and other reports.

On-board and build relationships with all Agents.

Manage requirements and protocols to ensure successful operations and a positive Customer Service experience.

Identify, plan, initiate and manage return campaigns for any impacted Agency product(s).

Provide support and back-up for the entire customer service organization across all Business Divisions

Required Qualifications:

No Degree and 15+ years of overall supply chain or operational experience

Associate Degree 10+ years of overall supply chain or operational experience

Bachelors Degree 5-8+ years of overall supply chain or operational experience

Key competencies: analytics, customer focus, drives results, collaboration, agility and manages complexity

Outstanding communicator, drives vision and purpose, courage, highly organized & analytical, customer relationship mgt. skills

Proficiency in D365 and supply chain operations ideal
