Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join one of our clients in the Financial Services Industry with a focus on resolving FINRA-regulated client complaints. This role requires strong communication skills, regulatory awareness, and ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant resolution while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve client complaints related to brokerage operations in accordance with FINRA regulations.
  • Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and written correspondence.
  • Review and analyze customer service challenges, selecting appropriate solutions for low-to-moderately complex issues.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to ongoing service enhancements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather information and resolve issues.
  • Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
  • Maintain high standards for quality, compliance, and productivity.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Series 7 license - required
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center roles, or equivalent through work, consulting, military experience, or education.
  • Experience in brokerage operations - preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
