Customer Service Representative - ABC Supply : Job Details

This position is responsible for providing customer service for the entire portfolio of products that Norandex has to offer. The right individual will be able to work with the sales team and customers to provide product information, answer complex questions about product assortments and develop/maintain relationships. Strong organization skills, detail oriented, accurate and timely customer responsiveness, a service orientation and quick decision-making skills are all needed to be successful. Managing multiple tasks is expected. You must be able to balance the customer's needs, with the limitations of suppliers. Position Essential Functions & Duties:

• Primary contact for any/all National type customers
• Order entry and review
• Coordination with ABC branches on receipt and delivery of products
• Traditional Customer Service
• First interaction with customer thru phone and email
• Subject matter expert on order entry process with manufacturing partners
• Working knowledge of products within the organization's portfolio
• Assist in fulfillment of branch (customer) sample needs
• Warranty resolution
• Log all warranty registrations from new product sales
• Answer initial warranty claim calls and correspondence
• Coordinate warranty claim process with toll manufacturers
• Track internal warranty claims for future reference and resolution

• Analytical & reasoning skills
• The need to quickly analyze and be decisive, while interpreting the needs of the customer
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a business environment preferred
• Associate or bachelors degree in Business, Finance or marketing preferred but not required
• Experience in construction or home remodeling a plus
