?The customer service representative, under moderate supervision, performs daily nominating, confirming and scheduling processing functions. Also performs monthly invoicing process. Facilitates communication of critical and non-critical information that impacts daily customer activities to both internal and external parties. Analyzes and resolves scheduling and billing issues and responds to customer inquiries. Must have successfully completed training requirements at the associate level. Deal with assigned customer issues on an individual basis. Have the potential to take on more complex customers. Able to coordinate with Gas Control on interconnect activity. Able to perform simple JIRA testing and less complex manual scheduling. Customer services department is 24 x 7 operation with office staffed from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily.
