Responsibilities •Be the First Point of Contact: Answer inbound calls with professionalism and empathy, ensuring every customer feels valued and heard. •Scheduling: Book service calls efficiently while ensuring our technicians arrive prepared and on time. •Proactively Reach Out to Customers: Make outbound calls to current Step Ahead Club members and past customers to remind them about seasonal tune-ups, system maintenance, or expiring warranties. •Build Long-Term Trust: Follow up on open service leads, unscheduled estimates, and past customers to provide solutions and prevent issues before they arise. •Use Technology to Stay Ahead: Utilize ServiceTitan to track customer interactions, notes, and follow-ups. •Work as a Team: Collaborate with dispatchers and office staff to deliver seamless service and keep operations running smoothly. Qualifications •Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills •High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent •Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
