Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Onsite in San Diego, 10210 Genetic Center Dr
Pay Rate: $22 - $24 per hour
Assignment Duration: Through November
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the CS Call Center phone line, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Answer incoming calls promptly to prevent voicemails.
- Respond to questions regarding products, testing processes, billing, etc., or know where to find the answers.
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
- Escalate customer complaints or requests for Corrected Reports appropriately.
- Collaborate with Client Services, Patient Services, Sales, Billing, MSLs, and Lab teams.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage shared CS inbox (Outlook) for emails and faxes.
- Assist Client Services Associates with tasks such as SRP order entry, portal setups, SFDC updates, and managing Resulted folders.
- Handle daily requests from the Client Services Manager and Supervisors.
Minimum Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree preferred, High School diploma required.
Training and Certification:
- On-the-job training, including HIPAA compliance.
- Maintain documentation to comply with state, CLIA, and CAP requirements.
