Customer Service Representative - LHH Recruitment Solutions : Job Details

LHH is proactively recruiting for a CSR in Princeton, NJ. This is a Contract role, 100% onsite. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. The anticipated pay range for this position is $19-$20/hr. Need someone ASAP. Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
• Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

• At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Ability to start ASAP
• Must be tech savvy
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suites
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
