Customer Service Representative - Twin City Staffing : Job Details

Duties of the customer service representative:

• Manage warranty return requests from initiation to resolution
• Provide timely and consistent customer service, with an initial response within 24 hours
• Process warranty claims and enter sales orders and RMAs into the system
• Issue credits or arrange repairs/replacements
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve warranty issues
• Communicate with customers for order updates
• Communicate with vendors on product availability, wait times, etc.
• Answer phone calls and emails, forwarding technical questions as needed

Requirements of the customer service representative:

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• Minimum of 1 year in customer service or a related role
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to sit for extended periods and walk the facility as needed
