Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing prompt, courteous, and effective support via phone, email, chat, or in person. Your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, selecting the best solution, and following up.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, system updates, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic when interacting with customers.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, help desk software, and practices is a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
