Customer Service Representative

PrideStaff has an exciting new opportunity to share for a Customer Service Representative in Acworth, Ga! This position will allow you to assist a bona fide top employer in this market!

Shift/Hours: 1st Shift - Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Pay Rate: $17/hour DOE Location: Acworth, GA 30101 Experience: 2+ years in Customer Service Representative with experience in QuickBooks.

Customer Service Representative Job Duties:

  • Handling customer inquiries and orders regarding products and services.
  • Order entry.
  • Resolve customer complaints via email or over the phone.
  • Light follow up on customer payment status.
  • Creating documents.
  • Using QuickBooks desktop version, MS excel, and MS word on a daily basis.

Customer Service Representative Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
  • Must proactively manage tasks and responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Must have excellent time management skills.

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • Must be proficient in QuickBooks desktop version, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
  • Must have a high school diploma and minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, in a related field.
  • Able to provide 2 professional references.
  • Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
