Customer Service Representative - Great Harvest Bread Co & Yogurt Shack : Job Details

Great Harvest Bread Co & Yogurt Shack is a local family owned business. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team!

We are looking for someone who is friendly and ready to help customers. Any position within the bakery is fast paced and requires that you're on your feet all day. You will primarily be responsible for front counter duties, including but not limited to:

Managing the cash register

Managing the sweets display for customers

Managing the sandwich cart and making sandwiches

Responsibilities:

• Accurately ring up customers on the cash register
• Provide information on products
• Answer questions or concerns related to products
• Cleaning duties
• Sandwich preparation

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred
• Ability and willingness to stay updated on our frequently changing product list
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent verbal communication skills

Shifts:

• 5:00AM - 1:00PM
• 6:00AM - 2:00PM
• 11:30AM - 7:30PM
• 1:00PM - 7:30PM
