Job Location : Granbury,TX, USA
As a client service representative, you will be the Director of First Impressions. Your key role is receiving inbound calls, actively listen to the clients requests, prioritize the requests, schedule and dispatch service professionals, and follow up with the client once all work has been competed. In addition to receiving inbound calls, you will be making outbound calls to previous clients to assist in scheduling follow up service visits and preventative maintenance tune ups.

Specific Responsibilities:
Receiving inbound calls from clients to schedule appointments
Make outbound calls to existing clients to schedule appointments
Scheduling, routing, and dispatching technicians in a proficient manner
Accurately enter client data into proprietary service management software (Service Titan)
Learn and follow our proven business systems
Handle customer complaints while being respectful and professional
Debriefing with technicians after calls to ensure the client has been taken care of
Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
Hours: Monday - Friday (some weekend responsibilities during peak cooling season June-August)
