Customer Service Representative - Richman's Ice Cream : Job Details

Job Type Full-time Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be performing the following duties:

• Processing orders for customers that come to our factory
• Making and answering phone calls
• Daily office tasks and projects
• Light clerical work

• At least 1 year of previous work in an office environment and experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Comfortable interacting with customers on a frequent basis (both in-person and over the phone)
• Comfortable using computers and basic office equipment
• Reliable transportation
