As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing incoming phone calls and web leads. You will be tasked with converting phone cleaning services into potential clients, scheduling appointments, and communicating with cleaning teams. You will also help maintain social media posts on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. You will be provided with training on the Maid Right cleaning system to gain a basic understanding of our services.
