About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in B2C or D2C customer service environments and will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and ecommerce consumers. The CSR will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through various communication channels. About the Candidate: The ideal candidate will be highly organized and proactive, with experience in managing customer interactions and resolving issues in a B2C or D2C environment. You'll demonstrate discretion in handling confidential information and will be responsible for processing customer orders and preparing reports for senior leadership. With strong communication skills, you'll interact with customers, answer inquiries. The ability to multitask, manage projects, and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment is essential. Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and support to customers.
  • Assist customers with tracking, supply chain issues, returns and order replacement among other functions.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's or associate degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a customer service representative or in a similar role within a B2C or D2C environment.
  • Industry experience in logistics, transportation, etc preferred
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other customer service tools.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to compose, proof, and edit materials with great attention to detail.
  • Strong internal and external customer service skills, demonstrating a professional and helpful demeanor in all interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Meticulous in organizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy.
  • Polished and professional business casual appearance, maintaining a high standard of personal presentation.
