Customer Service Representative - Insight Global : Job Details

A telecommunications company based out of Colorado is looking to bring on a Customer Service Representative on their team as 6 month contract to hire (will convert permanent) 5 days onsite per week in Woodland Park CO. Schedule M-F 9am - 5pm.

This is a growing broadband company that provides fiber internet to home and small businesses. This individual will be joining a team that handles all incoming tasks that include onboarding all new customers, account questions, and interdepartmental communication. Daily tasks might include billing questions, billing inquires, and working through a ticketing system. This team is the face of the company and needs to provide a high sense care and urgency. This role offers comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision plans, 401(K),paid sick leave. Pay: $20/hour.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• High Diploma or GED
• Ability to be onsite 5 days a week
