Insight Global is seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Rep to join the telecommunications team for the largest Oklahoma-owned health systems in Oklahoma City, OK. This person will be cross trained on customer service phone operating, as well as tele-sitting virtual patient monitoring systems, which this person will be rotating between. This role requires a high level of sensitivity and compassion when communicating with patients and caregivers. Please keep in mind that this is a hospital system and are open 24/7- This role will require great attendance and punctuality even on weekends and holidays as needed. Other responsibilities include:
