**Champion Chevrolet Buick GMC is seeking a Customer Service Representative in our Sales Department. Previous business development, sales, service, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.**

**Job Description**

* A typical workday includes assisting multiple customers with the ambition to ensure customers are being communicated to in a timely, professional manner. Youll be expected to spend most of your day on the computer emailing, making phone calls, talking with customers, answering questions, and providing appointment information. In addition, youll leverage email, texting, and video communications to support customer requests while they are considering our vehicles for purchase.

* You will be expected to work alongside the sales people by communicating customer information, needs, and follow up.
