Customer Service Representative - Safavieh Home : Job Details

Safavieh is an upscale global home furnishing, rugs & accessories company looking for a proactive, personable, highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative.

Our offices are located in Port Washington, NY.

Responsibilities:

• Professionally handle incoming client requests via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
• Assist clients in resolving issues such as damaged items, missing orders, incorrect items, missing parts, returns, and billing issues.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times.
• Follow up in a timely manner to ensure client satisfaction.
• Acknowledging and resolving clients complaints.
• Communication and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Ensure client satisfaction and always provide professional client support.

Qualifications:

• 1 + years of experience in customer service, or call center.
• Excellent Customer Service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Friendly, outgoing personality, able to work with a team, clients, or individually.
• Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly, proficiently in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelors Degree
• Full time- Onsite at our HQ located in Port Washington (this is not a remote position)

Compensation:

• $20.00 -$25.00 with eligibility for bonus at 6 months
• 401k (with 2% match)
